Constantin von Bülow

CEO

Constantin von Bülow has a diploma degree in engineering from TU Munich and a diploma degree in business administration from LMU Munich. He started his career with McKinsey & Comp. and held various management roles at Gerresheimer AG (pharma packaging) and Hella KGaA (automotive supply). He served as private equity operating partner with Oaktree Capital Management and held various C-level management and board roles in portfolio companies, among others as CEO of Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH. Before joining Innotek he served as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) at FTI Group. Constantin von Bülow also serves as Advisor to the Board of Teklas.

Mehmet Kabaçalı

CFO

Mehmet Kabaçalı has an economics degree from Middle East Technical University (Turkey) and holds an MBA from Koç University. He started his career with Deloitte Turkey where he served as Senior Manager. He held the position of Financial Control and Reporting Director at STFA Holding and subsequently advanced to become CFO of STFA Construction. He held this CFO position for over 6 years before joining Innotek. Mehmet Kabaçalı also serves as Advisor to the Board of Teklas.

Charles-Henri Booter

Investment Director

Charles-Henri Booter holds a Master in Financial Engineering from ESCP Business School in Paris and a Master in Management from ESC Tours. After several roles in Corporate banking, he created and developed a Private Equity firm for Natixis-Caisse d’Epargne. He then led a growth equity team for Turenne Capital in Paris and next opened a new office for the Grand Est region and Luxembourg. Prior to joining Innotek, he served as Investment Director at Oraxys in Luxembourg.

Andrei Boulescu

Director of Industrial Automation

Andrei Boulescu has a technical degree in Automation and Applied Informatics from Transilvania University (Romania) and a Master of Engineering in Automotive Production Engineering from THI Ingolstadt (Germany). His professional experience include automation (both robotic and non-robotic) research, design and development in automotive, telecommunications, consumer goods and aerospace. Prior to joining Innotek, he served as a Robot Commission Engineer for Kuka Systems, as an Automation R&D Engineer for Huawei Munchen Reseach Center, and as a Domain Lead for Aircraft Auto-Rigging for Airbus France.
